Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling tenancy contract preparation, contract renewals, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process tenancy contracts and contract renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, tenancy agreements, and related transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments and team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying concerns, clarifying requirements, and providing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE tenancy regulations.
- Assist with administrative and documentation tasks related to leasing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in customer service, real estate, leasing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Email correspondence, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tenancy contract preparation and renewals.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate and leasing procedures.
