Job Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Calculate the cost of products and services
- Accept cash, card, and other payment methods
- Calculate and return change when required
- Maintain sufficient cash denominations in the cash drawer
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services
- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts at the end of shifts
- Report any equipment or POS system issue
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with stocking and rotating merchandise
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience using POS systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Can join immediately
- Candidates currently available in RAK preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
