Full job description
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and office visitors.
- Managing and cleaning the pantry area, including washing dishes and organizing utensils.
- Tracking pantry inventory (e.g., sugar, coffee, water bottles) and informing management when to restock.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming the office floors.
- Emptying trash cans and maintaining overall workplace hygiene.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of meeting rooms, workstations, and common washrooms
- Handling office errands like photocopying, binding, and scanning documents.
- Distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing packages.
- Stocking general office supplies, such as printer paper, pens, and staplers
