Accountant/Admin

Bin Masood Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant & Payroll Administrator with UAE experience in labor supply, manpower supply, contracting, or related industries.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, worker timesheets, client invoicing, QuickBooks/Tally, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions
  • Process payroll and WPS for employees
  • Review and verify worker timesheets
  • Prepare client invoices based on worker hours
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Maintain employee attendance and overtime records
  • Prepare Profit & Loss statements and financial reports
  • Maintain records in Excel/QuickBooks and/or Tally
  • Assist with VAT filing and compliance
  • Coordinate with operations team regarding manpower deployment and billing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years UAE accounting experience
  • Experience in Labor Supply, Manpower Supply, Contracting or Facility Management companies preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, WPS and Timesheet Management
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Tally
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations
  • Ability to prepare P&L reports and reconciliations
  • Good communication skills in English

Preferred:

  • Experience with worker costing and client billing
  • UAE Driving License
  • Knowledge of Corporate Tax

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
