Full job description

We are looking for a Used Car Sales Officer drives dealership revenue by matching clients with pre-owned vehicles, explaining features, and managing the purchasing process from test drives to final documentation. They build client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and hit monthly sales quotas.

  • Client Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, qualify their needs, and suggest suitable pre-owned models.
  • Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, specifications, and history, and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Sales Conversion: Negotiate prices, handle objections, and close deals while introducing financing or insurance options.
  • Inventory Mastery: Maintain deep knowledge of the current used car lot, competitor models, and market values.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospects and past buyers to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Administration: Ensure accurate sales paperwork, coordinate with administration, and oversee smooth vehicle delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of automotive sales experience, ideally in the local UAE market.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Multilingual abilities (e.g., English and Arabic) are a strong asset.
  • Customer Focus: A dynamic, proactive personality dedicated to high client satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Strong attention to detail to handle transactions and traffic department registration processes

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
