- Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Ensure cleanliness of the office, including desks, pantry, and washrooms.
- Empty trash bins and maintain a hygienic environment.
- Refreshments
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry and ensure beverage supplies are stocked.
- Mail and Document Handling
- Collect and distribute incoming mail and documents.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing as needed.
- Errands
- Deliver documents and packages within or outside the office (if required).
- Purchase office supplies or other items when instructed.
- Support to Administrative Staff
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms.
- Help with minor clerical tasks like organizing files and basic data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic communication skills in English (spoken; reading and writing a plus).
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Friendly attitude and good personal hygiene.
- Physically fit and capable of handling light lifting or deliveries.
