Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day retail operations across stores and distribution centers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of store opening, closing & operational procedures.
  • Support logistics & supply chain activities including deliveries, returns & transfers.
  • Implement and enforce marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle vendor communications and ensure timely procurement & service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and IT to ensure the technical feasibility of marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role within a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage in a global market.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
