Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and operating e-commerce platforms (product updates, editing, listings, etc.)
- Monitoring bakery production ingredients and requirements
- Proactively communicating stock and operational requirements to management
- Supervising bakery staff (helpers) and managing shift schedules
- Coordinating with office staff and external vendors
- Supporting in all areas of bakery operations when staff shortage occurs
- Maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and a positive work environment
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can communicate effectively in English.
Honest, responsible, and well-behaved personality
Ability to multitask and manage a team
Basic computer (Microsoft excel, word, Google worksheet) and e-commerce knowledge
Pay: AED1.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
