About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to represent our company at the front desk. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to visitors, clients, and internal teams while maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a courteous, professional welcome to all guests and clients.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
- Maintain a neat and presentable reception area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.
- Handle mail, couriers, office supplies, and front-desk logistics.
- Coordinate visitor access according to company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professional and well-groomed appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Other language skills are highly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Prior receptionist or front-desk experience is an advantage .
- Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Arabic (or) Philippines are Preferred.
