Zaiqa Hyderabadi Restaurant is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations efficiently.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and operational reports.
- Should be able to get at least three competetive rates and credit facility from vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
