Wolves International Real Estate is hiring an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team in Dubai.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai
• Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Available to join immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
• Drive sales performance and achieve team targets
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Generate business opportunities and maintain client relationships
