This role is central to ensuring seamless connectivity, reliable systems, and efficient digital operations that support both academic and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will also contribute to our ongoing digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of modern AI tools and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain 3CX VoIP telephony systems and GSM gateway systems across all CLT Academy group companies.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi networks, LAN/WAN connectivity, and internet services.
- Provide responsive technical support to staff across academic, administrative, and operational departments.
- Maintain and support servers, desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, Outlook/email systems, and other IT assets.
- Administer user accounts, email configurations, access controls, and IT asset management systems.
- Ensure system security through antivirus management, backups, updates, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and telecom requirements.
- Support ongoing IT projects and ensure smooth implementation of systems and applications across departments.
- Maintain clear IT documentation including system configurations, procedures, and support logs.
- Support business-critical applications used across the group and ensure operational continuity.
- Actively explore and support AI tools, automation solutions, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior IT support experience in a multi-site environment is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- 3CX VoIP systems
- GSM gateway systems
- Network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN)
- Windows Server environments and basic Linux systems
- Microsoft Outlook and email troubleshooting
- Experience supporting end-users in multi-department or multi-company environments preferred.
- Familiarity with modern workplace tools and basic understanding of AI-driven technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and coordinate across teams effectively.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
