This role demands a professional with a proven track record in luxury restaurants or 5-star hotels, committed to the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.
• Maintain and elevate fine dining service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks.
• Lead, train, and inspire a multicultural team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive performance through operational excellence, revenue optimization, and guest engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury restaurants or 5-star hotels.
• Demonstrated expertise in fine dining operations, wine & beverage service, and international service etiquette.
• Strong track record in guest relations, complaint resolution, and service recovery.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate multicultural teams.
• Excellent financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Strong knowledge of F&B trends, sustainability practices, and luxury guest expectations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
