Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support the daily operations of our car repair garage. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer records, vehicle information, repair orders, inventory details, and invoices in the company system. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer, vehicle, and repair job information into the system
  • Update work orders, service records, and repair status accurately
  • Maintain records of spare parts, inventory, and supplier information
  • Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and receipts
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Coordinate with mechanics, service advisors, and management regarding job updates
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or automotive service industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Proficient in Odoo software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and garage management systems
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes
