Role Overview

This role demands ownership, accountability, and strong negotiation skills to attract high-quality talent across multiple functions and multiple hierarchies.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Hiring Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to on-boarding).
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Close positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates aggressively through Linked-In, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
- Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations.
- Shortlist high-quality candidates aligned with business goals.
- Maintain a ready database of pre-screened candidates.
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and leadership.
- Understand manpower planning and workforce strategy.
- Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as: Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Source Effectiveness
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
- Source details and reasons for leaving
Performance MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured through:- Hiring target achievement rate
- Position closure TAT
- Candidate quality & retention rate
