Role Overview

We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven HR Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong recruitment mindset, the ability to close positions within tight timelines, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

This role demands ownership, accountability, and strong negotiation skills to attract high-quality talent across multiple functions and multiple hierarchies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Targets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to on-boarding).
  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Close positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
  1. Sourcing & Screening
  • Source candidates aggressively through Linked-In, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
  • Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations.
  • Shortlist high-quality candidates aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain a ready database of pre-screened candidates.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Understand manpower planning and workforce strategy.
  • Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
  1. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as: Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Source Effectiveness
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Source details and reasons for leaving
    Performance MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured through:
    • Hiring target achievement rate
    • Position closure TAT
    • Candidate quality & retention rate
