Job Summary

This role combines front-of-house service as a waitress with housekeeping duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide discreet, professional service including setting and clearing tables and presenting a polished dining experience.
  • Prepare and present hot and cold beverages; assist with light food preparation and plating as required
  • Maintain dining areas before, during and after service: polish cutlery and glassware, lay tables to required standards, refresh linens and ensure crockery is clean and correctly stored.
  • Carry out general housekeeping duties including bed-making to a high standard when required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times; respect the privacy and preferences of guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, waitress or housekeeping preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Good communication and customer service skills with a professional
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage time effectively and follow instructions accurately.
