Full job description
This position is responsible for providing logistical and organizational support in line with the operational requirements of all championships and carrying out all necessary arrangements to ensure the smooth flow of the required support for working teams and committees. The role also involves providing fieldwork-related data and submitting it to the line manager to take the necessary action.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicates with fieldwork teams to identify their needs, coordinate with relevant parties and document observations regarding workflow and challenges faced by the teams while performing their duties.
- Coordinates and participates in field organizational activities with teams responsible for organizing championships.
- Identifies requirements, provides solutions, and follows up on plans for supplying equipment and devices to enhance support and coordination at championships level, in line with objectives and plans.
- Receives all purchased materials and equipment and distributes them in accordance with approved procedures and prepares monthly reports for the concerned entities.
- Supervises the provision of essential hospitality services for participants and guest, and ensues their needs are met during championships.
- Assists those responsible for security and safety measures to ensure the safety of championships participants and guests.
- Performs any other related duties assigned by the department in accordance with instructions and directives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration
