We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and support the highest standards of guest service and front office operations. Our team prides itself on fostering a professional, welcoming environment where guests feel valued and employees are supported to succeed.

Responsibilities

Supervise front desk operations and assist team members with daily tasks

Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures professionally

Handle room reservations and process payments accurately

Monitor staff schedules, provide guidance, and support team performance

Train new front desk staff and provide ongoing coaching

Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain organized records and reports related to front desk operations

Requirements

Previous front desk or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work full-time shifts including weekends and holidays

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset

Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking/reservation systems

Proficiency in Persian, Portuguese, or Spanish is an asset

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Post-secondary or hospitality training is an asset
