We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Must be willing to take tables as it is a small bar. No Housing available. June -end of October Training starts May 28.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders during busy service times like banquets or nightlife events.
Maintain a lively yet safe environment by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to all licensing regulations related to serving alcohol in nightclubs or hospitality venues.
Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
Proven ability in sales, upselling drinks, and creating engaging guest interactions that boost revenue.
Experience in catering or food handling roles demonstrating knowledge of food safety practices.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
Knowledge of the food industry standards related to brewing, serving alcohol responsibly, and food safety regulations is advantageous.
