Property: Canopy by Hilton – Silo Restaurant

Reports to: Silo General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Server to join our Silo Restaurant team. This role is ideal for an outgoing and hospitable individual with a commitment to excellence in both service quality and guest.

JOB OVERVIEW
Greet and provide service to all guests with uncompromised hospitality

JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet and describe concept and menu to all guests
Suggestively sell both food & beverage
Ensure there are no allergies or dietary restrictions
Answer all questions thoroughly
Promptly enter orders into the POS
Ensure each guest is satisfied with food & beverage selections
Perform all opening and closing side work
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Selfstarting personality with an even disposition.
Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
Can communicate well with guests.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
