Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting. If you have a passion for guest relations and creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
– Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
– Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Assist with reservations and room assignments
– Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Perform night audit duties as required
Experience
– Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
– Familiarity with resort or hotel operations is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
