Full job description
All Front Desk Staff must possess basic Cash handling skills, problem solving skills, and provide security and safety for all guests. Must be on time, present while working, knowledgeable of area, and able to quickly learn and use a computer. Must be customer oriented, welcoming, and fast paced.
Duties include:
Check in and out of guests
Running end of day and preparing new day for staff
Cleaning/ Sanitization of Lobby and surrounding areas
Checking guests accounts for discrepancies
Documentation of discrepancies
Walking patrols of the property
Securing Cash deposits and Credit cards after end of day
Production of breakfast for guests
Enrolling guests in our rewards program
Making guest reservations
Accommodating guest requests
Preparation of breakfast items (must have food handlers certification)
Must be available for all shifts (including overnights and weekends)
Summary
As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, you will be essential in delivering outstanding guest services and ensuring smooth hotel operations during the night shift. Your core skills in customer service and front desk management will be vital in handling guest inquiries and managing reservations. With premium skills in night auditing and hospitality management, you will oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies. Additionally, your relevant experience with multi-line phone systems and cash handling will enhance guest relations, making you a key contributor to our hospitality team.

Pay: From $17.13 per hour
