Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, common areas, and designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to uphold health standards
Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces
Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for residents or guests
Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures including sinks, countertops, and appliances in kitchens or laundry areas
Follow safety protocols related to sanitation procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Requirements

Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel or residential cleaning background is a plus
Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation standards
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Experience with laundry operations and basic maintenance of cleaning equipment is desirable
Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and housekeeping management is advantageous
