Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and service spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to ensure a pristine appearance
• Assist with furniture arrangement, linen changes, and replenishing supplies in guest rooms and common areas
• Support housekeeping staff by handling light maintenance tasks and reporting any repairs needed
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and organized efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness standards and safety protocols
• Support industrial cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleaning projects or special event preparations

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Demonstrated janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and sealing surfaces
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence
• Experience with hotel or hospitality management is a plus but not required
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
