Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in line with brand standards.
• Manage VIP reservations and ensure seamless guest flow.
• Deliver tailored guest experiences with a personal touch.
• Lead and coordinate the hostess team to uphold service excellence.
• Collaborate with floor, bar, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Record guest preferences to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation at all times.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in high-end fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• 1 year experience as a Head Hostess or 3-5 years as a Hostess and ready to step up
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Proven leadership and guest-relations skills.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume service.
• Polished, professional appearance.
