Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for ongoing needs
• Follow established health and safety protocols to promote a clean and hazard-free environment
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly
• Support janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to uphold hygiene standards

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques
• Experience working in hospitality environments with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of janitorial procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory or team-leading roles
