Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, appliances, and structural components using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks of all common areas of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while delivering excellent customer service to guests by promptly addressing maintenance requests or concerns.
