<Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for guests.
• Sanitate surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and safety.
• Cook simple meals as needed for staff or guests.
• Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices and event spaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance needs or inventory shortages.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Execute carpet cleaning and floor care duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold company standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good organizational skills to manage time effectively during shifts.
• Familiarity with laundry operations and basic cooking skills is a plus.
