Full job description
Western States Lodging & Management is hiring an experienced, driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales across three Ogden hotels-Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn. You’ll oversee market growth, revenue generation, and community partnerships, working in a fast-paced, multi-property environment where daily travel between hotels is part of the rhythm.

Compensation & Benefits:

$60,000–$70,000 base (DOE) + performance-based bonus

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD AS OUR HOTEL SALES MANAGER:

Drive occupancy & revenue across all three properties
Develop local business relationships and manage key accounts
Keep sales pipelines strong for each hotel
Respond rapidly to leads, conduct site tours, and negotiate contracts
Maintain accurate CRM activity and reporting
Partner with the Area Director of Sales and General Managers to align group, corporate, and transient strategies
Lead community outreach, attend local events, and implement marketing that boosts visibility and revenue
Collaborate with operations to ensure rooms are tour-ready and site visits run smoothly
