Brand New Marriott AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista looking for experienced candidates interested in becoming a Front Desk Agent to work in a team-based environment. Our organization is dedicated to providing our clients with enjoyable experiences and exceptional customer service. The right candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a positive attitude. An understanding of our organization’s history and products is necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions.
• Offer directions to customers.
• Book reservations for hotel rooms.
• Familiarize with the city and its points of interest.
• Welcome all guests, answer their questions, and provide directions to all facilities.
• Know the location of local businesses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
