Key Accountabilities

Ensure that open table reservation system is operational and accurate at all times
Greet guests by name whenever possible, and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
Answer the telephone using established verbiage
Clear and reset tables, clean service area, and serve food & beverages as required

General Requirements

Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
Prior experience in food and beverage
Food Handlers Certification preferred
Responsible Beverage Service Certification preferred
