We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast needs.
• Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and dining areas throughout service.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of culinary quality.
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during breakfast service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Experience in food service or culinary roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems such as OpenTable is advantageous but not required.
