Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitized, and welcoming for guests and residents alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly to promote a healthy environment.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or preparing meals when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with hotel or residential cleaning standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials is beneficial.
