Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
• Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and appropriate floor care techniques
• Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the property
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for all occupants

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping, residential cleaning, or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry handling
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients or residents
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies; experience with housekeeping management systems is a plus
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
