Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support in developing event concepts, themes, and marketing collateral.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Handle event logistics, including venue selection, setup, permits, and registrations.
- Drive event-related communication across social media, email, and other channels.
- Collect feedback, prepare post-event reports, and analyze ROI.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day promotional activities and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing and event management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
