About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact forour organization. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients while efficiently managing day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Manage reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, deliveries, etc.).
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments when needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Preferably on own visa (husband’s visa / father’s visa / freelance visa preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar front desk/receptionist role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
