About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact forour organization. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients while efficiently managing day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, deliveries, etc.).
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments when needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Preferably on own visa (husband’s visa / father’s visa / freelance visa preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar front desk/receptionist role.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
