Host at Flying Saddle Resort

Join the welcoming team at Flying Saddle Resort as a Host, where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will help create a memorable dining experience for our guests. We are seeking a professional and personable individual to serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
Coordinate with the dining staff to manage seating arrangements and wait times
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and resort amenities
Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems (knowledge preferred but not required)
Assist with general duties typical of a host in a casual or fine dining environment
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a host or front-of-house role preferred
Knowledge of reservation management systems such as OpenTable is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
