Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations throughout the shift.
• Replenish supplies as needed during service to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy morning hours and support catering or banquet setups when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Experience serving food in restaurants or catering settings; banquet experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards in the food industry.
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications prior to employment.
