We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician Helper to join our dynamic construction and electrical installation team. Duties
- Support licensed electricians by preparing work areas, handling hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment needed for installation and repair tasks
- Assist with reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Help install wiring, conduits, switches, outlets, and fixtures following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
- Use testing devices such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols on construction sites
- Carry out basic framing carpentry tasks related to electrical installations when necessary
- Assist in the setup of low voltage systems and ensure proper routing according to schematics
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites or with electrical systems is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with industrial or commercial electrician tasks is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters or multimeters
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Knowledge of NEC standards related to electrical installations in commercial or industrial settings
- Experience working with low voltage and high voltage systems is advantageous
- Basic understanding of frame carpentry related to electrical infrastructure setup
