Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests start their day off right with a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience. Work hours are 5am-11am.

Duties:

– Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
– Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
– Ensure food items are stocked and replenished promptly
– Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Assist in meal preparation and serving as needed
– Brew fresh coffee and maintain beverage stations
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth breakfast service

Requirements:

– Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
– Knowledge of food service and kitchen etiquette
– Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Willingness to help wherever needed to ensure guest satisfaction
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent phone etiquette skills
– Passion for providing outstanding guest services
