Duties

• Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine maintenance to preserve their appearance.
• Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance guest comfort.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly, communicating effectively, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing bathrooms to uphold hygiene standards.
• Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control, scheduling cleaning routines, and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with carpet cleaning tools and techniques is preferred.
