Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to support our team on various construction projects. The successful candidate will assist skilled workers, maintain a clean and safe job site, and handle general labor tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons, carpenters, welders, and other skilled tradespeople with materials and tools.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas.
• Mix cement, mortar, or other construction compounds.
• Erect or dismantle temporary structures (scaffolding, barricades, etc.) under supervision.
• Follow safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other general labor tasks as needed to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction or similar labor work preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
