Our IHG-branded extended stay hotel near the Knoxville Airport is now hiring Front Desk Agents immediately!

About the Role:
As the face of our hotel, you’ll provide exceptional guest service, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensure every guest feels at home. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and handle payments
  • Support hotel operations and ensure a clean, welcoming environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred (IHG experience a plus!)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be dependable, professional, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays)
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office systems
