Motel Cleaner

Modern Motel LLC is looking to hire a part-time Cleaner at our property in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning hotels, has an eye for detail, works efficiently, and is timely. The cleaner is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, making beds, and doing laundry. Paid training will be provided. Looking for a cleaner Tu, W, TR, F and Sunday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm based off of occupancy.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and dependable Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, ensuring that guest rooms, suites, and common areas are spotlessly clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning:Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and suites according to hotel brand standards.
Bed & Linens:Change bed linens, make beds efficiently, and replace used towels with fresh, clean ones.
Bathroom Sanitation:Thoroughly clean and sanitize toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and countertops.
Restocking:Replenish room amenities such as soaps, shampoos, coffee, cups, and notepad/pens.
Deep Cleaning:Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks as assigned (e.g., flipping mattresses, cleaning drapes, carpet spotting).
Common Areas:Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms as needed.
Reporting:Promptly report any maintenance issues, broken appliances, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Lost & Found: Turn in all items left behind by guests to the housekeeping management team immediately.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation (no stray hairs, no dust left behind).
Time Management: Ability to clean assigned rooms within the designated time frame (usually 25–30 minutes per room).
Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as required by hotel occupancy.
