**Job Title: Night Auditor (Hotel)**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our dynamic hotel team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hotel operations run smoothly during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has a strong aptitude for numbers and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions, including balancing daily revenue and expenses and preparing financial reports for management review.
  • Check-in and check-out guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor hotel security protocols and ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout the night.
  • Reconcile and process credit card transactions for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute guest invoices, ensuring all charges are accurate and accounted for.
  • Assist in setting up the breakfast area for morning service and replenishing consumables as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and perform light housekeeping duties as required.
  • Collaborate with day staff to communicate important information for a seamless transition between shifts.

**Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and financial reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
