Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Room Cleaner/Room Finisher to join our housekeeping team in the heart of downtown Miami.

As a Room Finisher, you’ll play an essential role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to meet our high standards, as well as conducting the final inspection to ensure everything is just right.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and make beds as required.
Dust, vacuum, and wipe down all surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
Conduct final room inspection to ensure room meets quality standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.
Adhere to all hotel safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Assist with laundry duties when needed.
Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and walking.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
