Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients (landlords), closing deals for short-term property rentals, and promoting our interior design services. Your goal will be to generate new leads, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels
  • Engage with potential clients (landlords) to understand their needs
  • Promote and close deals for short-term rental agreements with One Address Dubai Holiday Homes
  • Present and upsell interior design services to clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, holiday homes or related fields
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate and convert leads effectively
  • Knowledge of Dubai property market is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Compensation:
