Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards.
• Handle janitorial tasks with precision using industrial cleaning equipment to ensure high-quality results.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices to deliver efficient service.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
