At DiggyPOD, we don’t just print books — we help people bring their stories to life. We’re looking for a driven, people-first Account Executive to be the voice of that experience for our customers. If you love building relationships, solving problems, and being part of something creative, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to contact for customers via phone, email, and chat — making every interaction feel easy and supported
  • Guide customers through our products and services, turning questions into solutions fast
  • Follow up proactively with clients to keep projects moving and relationships strong
  • Keep accurate records and manage customer data with care and consistency
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and bring ideas to the table that make us better
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — you can explain anything clearly and professionally
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset — you lift the team, not just your own numbers
