Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner

We are a local, family-owned residential Electrical and HVAC service company looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner to join our team.

This position plays an important role in keeping our technicians, installers, and daily operations running smoothly. The right candidate will have experience working in an Electrical and/or HVAC warehouse environment, understand parts and materials, and be able to stay organized and productive with minimal supervision.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Pick up parts, equipment, and materials from local suppliers
• Deliver parts and materials to service technicians and install crews on job sites
• Organize and stage materials for upcoming installations
• Receive, sort, and stock warehouse inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Help maintain accurate inventory and communicate when supplies are low
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Return unused parts or materials to suppliers as needed
• Help prepare jobs so crews have what they need before arriving on site
• Support the service, install, and management teams as needed

• Able to lift and move equipment and materials as needed
• Comfortable driving to suppliers and job sites throughout the day
• Able to communicate well with technicians, managers, suppliers, and office staff
